Our 5th tour with Xin Chao, all ages 9 to 82 enjoyed ourselves thoroughly with guide Sinh (we did the Hoi An, Hue and Da nang city and foodie tour). Loc was very responsive to emails, made suggestions catering to elderly parents and young kids. The Hoi An motorbike country side tour was the best with careful drivers and lovely scenery!

We've had an awesome Vietnam round trip with the Xin Chao team in March. We were travelling as a family with my (senior) parents. The team took great care of us and made sure that they suitable activities planned for us, especially since my parents are not as adventurous anymore.

This tour company is the best! When we first inquired Bao Loc answered our emails very quickly. Then before the tour date, I received an email from our tour guide, Diem, as to where she would meet us at the port as we were coming in on a cruise ship. She was there on time and her and the driver were very nice...
